About the Role

We are seeking an IT Systems Administrator to manage and support IT infrastructure within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring system reliability, security, and performance while supporting day-to-day IT operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of IT systems administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain servers, networks, and IT systems

  • Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

  • Maintain system security, backups, and disaster recovery processes

  • Support implementation of new systems and upgrades

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support IT needs

  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with IT policies


Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3–5+ years of IT systems administration experience
