Overview: 

The Cloud Apple JAMF Administrator is responsible for the deployment, configuration, management, and support of Apple devices across the enterprise using JAMF Pro and related cloud technologies. 
This role ensures secure, compliant, and efficient management of macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS devices while integrating Apple device management with enterprise identity, security, and collaboration platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for administering and supporting Apple devices in a cloud-managed enterprise environment using JAMF Pro. 
  • Manages the full lifecycle of macOS and iOS devices, including enrollment, configuration, deployment, security, compliance, patch management, and retirement. 
  • Integrates JAMF with Apple Business Manager, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and other identity management platforms to enable secure access and automated provisioning. 
  • Develops and maintains configuration profiles, policies, applications, and automation scripts to improve operational efficiency. 
  • Provides advanced troubleshooting and technical support while ensuring device security, compliance, and optimal end-user experience.

Experience:
  • 3+ years of Apple device administration experience.
  • JAMF Pro administration experience.
  • Experience with Apple Business Manager and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
  • Experience supporting macOS and iOS environments in enterprise settings.
  • Experience in endpoint management or systems administration
  • Basic networking knowledge
