Title: ERP Project Leader/ Project Manager/ Program Manager

Job Type: Contract

Location: Knoxville, TN

  • ERP Project Leadership – MUST HAVE: 10+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience, including 7+ years leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, or transformations.
  • ERP Experience – MUST HAVE: Strong experience with at least one major ERP platform, preferably SAP ECC/S/4HANA, Epicor/Kinetic, or Infor Syteline/CSI.
  • End-to-End ERP Delivery – MUST HAVE: Proven ownership of ERP projects from planning and requirements through integration, data migration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
  • Large-Scale Program Management: Experience managing complex/global programs, ideally $5M+ budgets and cross-functional teams of 25–100+ resources across multiple locations.
  • Manufacturing / Supply Chain: Strong background in manufacturing, industrial, distribution, supply chain, procurement, inventory, warehouse, or related operations.
  • M&A / Divestiture Experience: Experience supporting acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, ERP separation/consolidation, TSA, Day-1 readiness, and business cutovers is highly preferred.
  • Executive & Stakeholder Leadership: Ability to lead business and IT stakeholders across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Infrastructure, Security, Data, and Enterprise Architecture, including steering committees and executive reporting.
  • Vendor & SI Management: Proven experience managing system integrators, ERP vendors, implementation partners, SOWs, budgets, deliverables, risks, and vendor performance.
  • ERP Technical Understanding: Working knowledge of ERP integrations, APIs, middleware, ETL/data migration, cloud platforms, SQL/Oracle, MES/PLM, CRM, and BI/Power BI.
  • Governance & Delivery Excellence: Strong command of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, with experience managing RAID logs, financial forecasts, project plans, milestones, resources, risks, and executive dashboards. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.


A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly rate on W2 for this position is $90 to $100 with limited benefits.
