The Ocean Elite Solutions Platform Lead owns and operates the Infor Nexus platform that powers AIT's Ocean Elite Solutions (OES) product, supporting Purchase Order (PO) management, carrier direct operations, or hybrid models. This role is accountable for ensuring the platform runs reliably at scale while enabling efficient, repeatable customer onboarding. As a bridge between business and technical stakeholders, the Platform Lead ensures implementations are executed with speed, consistency, and a high standard of quality.This role translates business and operational requirements into structured logical mappings that guide EDI development and execution. It drives the configuration of the OES platform in alignment with best practices, while establishing standardized processes and scalable frameworks that enable consistent delivery. The focus is on building repeatable, high-quality platform solutions that reduce variability and accelerate time to value.The Platform Lead oversees integrations between Infor Nexus, customer systems, and AIT logistics platforms such as CargoWise, ensuring seamless data flow and operational continuity. The role works closely with internal teams, external partners, and technology providers to maintain a resilient platform, proactively address risks, and continuously enhance capabilities. The Platform Lead plays a key role in delivering strong customer outcomes while supporting the growth and evolution of the OES product.
  • Own and manage the Infor Nexus platform, establish procedures and success metrics, configure and monitor the
    platform to deliver optimal integration and customer experience.
  • Engage with business, EDI, and partners to onboard customers and align platform capabilities.
  • Translate business requirements into structured logical maps used by the EDI team to develop system
    integrations.
  • Oversee integration projects to ensure successful implementation and consistent operation.
  • Review current integrations and configuration to support continuous improvement. Provide related reporting and
    insights to leadership to inform decision-making and improve the OES product and platform.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • The wage range for this position is $92,700.00-$139,060.00 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience

Bachelor's Degree Technology, Supply Chain / Logistics, Business, or equivalent work experience (required)

Experience
5+ years Managing, configuring, and integrating software platforms (required) and

2+ years Infor Nexus configuration and integration experience, preferably with LSPmodules (preferred)

In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible for a bonus based on achievement of business and/or individual performance metrics (dependent on position).
