Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• Demonstrated experience as a business systems analyst or a comparable role
• Experience using ERP systems such INFOR M3, Infor Cloud Suite, SAP, etc.
• Experience delivering software solutions end-to-end with business and technical teams
• Working knowledge of how software solutions are designed, configured, and delivered

What You Will Do
- Gather requirements and collaborate with functional team on design of integrations, extensions, reports, and conversions
- Connect to Finance team business goals, priorities, key performance indicators, and operational impacts
- Resolve reported defects and maintain solution status
- Initiate and maintain Lean Specification mapping documents for all integrations, legacy Guardian system, and Infor systems
- Consult with Infor functional and technical resources to complete any necessary information for completion of Lean Spec
- Support solution and integration testing
- Drive timely resolutions of issues impacting business
- Provide Guardian institutional knowledge to stakeholders
- Facilitate stakeholder conversations and translate technical detail into business insight
- Validate logic/configuration, and lead pre-release and user acceptance testing
- Support change control and keep system documentation and compliance current
- Stay current on relevant technologies and best practices
