We are seeking an Item Specialist with knowledge of, or interest in, Item Data Management with an analytical mindset to join the Global Supply (GS) Item Data Management team. You will have a key role in the quote-to-delivery process by ensuring item data consistency and quality.
Responsibilities:
Daily item data creation, maintenance, and lifecycle control in Valmet systems according to Item Data Management processes
Collaboration with a network of business professionals to facilitate efficient end-to-end process cycle times
Item data quality control monitoring and corrective actions
Contributing to the development of new item data related concepts and strategies
Expectations:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, business administration, or other relevant experience
Fluent in English
Customer oriented team player with great communication skills
Analytical, improvement-driven, and self-motivated
Capability utilize technical documentation
Experience with PDM/PLM and/or Infor LN, or other engineering or ERP systems, Microsoft Office applications
Experience in, or knowledge of, master data management is considered an advantage

Exigences :
- Diplome universitaire en ingenierie, logistique, administration des affaires ou experience pertinente equivalente
- Maitrise de l'anglais
- Esprit d'equipe oriente client, avec d'excellentes competences en communication
- Profil analytique, axe sur l'amelioration continue et autonome
- Capacite a utiliser la documentation technique
- Experience des systemes PDM/PLM et/ou Infor LN, ou d'autres systemes d'ingenierie ou ERP, ainsi que des applications Microsoft Office
- Une experience ou des connaissances en gestion des donnees de reference (master data management) constituent un atout
- Des connaissances de Valmet ou de produits techniques constituent un atout
