Description
Infor is hiring a Product Manager to add value to strategic products by incorporating AI and technology innovations to build Value+ and Velocity suite use cases. As a Product Manager, you will collaborate cross-functionally with FDE, engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to translate industry needs into product innovations that deliver measurable business value. You will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering elegant, customer-focused solutions-grounded in a deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
  • Define and drive the technology innovation product roadmap in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Translate high-level product vision into detailed functional requirements and user stories.
  • Partner with R&D to ensure timely delivery of features with high quality and usability.
  • Conduct ongoing market, competitor, and user research to inform product decisions.
  • Be the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Monitor product performance, usage analytics, and customer feedback to iterate and improve.
  • Collaborate with Go-To-Market teams to support product launches, enablement, and positioning.
  • Ensure product compliance with industry regulations and Infor's security and cloud architecture standards.
  • Represent Infor at customer meetings, user conferences, and industry events as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience in product management or related role such as solution consulting, business development, sales, etc.
  • Experience using AI to improve business processes.
  • Experience communicating technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience delivering quality user experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in one of Infor's core verticals (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, distribution, hospitality).
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS or ERP.
  • Experience with cloud-native platforms and modern data integration techniques.
  • Experience in UX or data analytics.
