WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Act as the day-to-day influencer lead across client accounts, building strong, trusted relationships and positioning yourself as the expert advisor
  • Present influencer strategies, campaign results, and recommendations to clients with clarity, confidence, and commercial thinking

Creator Identification, Recruitment & Community Building
  • Identify, contact, and recruit creators on an ongoing basis, building a diverse community of influencers who authentically represent client brand values and resonate with target audiences across platforms
  • Evaluate potential creator partners based on audience relevance, content quality, engagement authenticity, brand alignment, and representation of diverse audiences
  • Develop and manage creator engagement programs, building genuine, long-term relationships with influencers rather than transactional, campaign-by-campaign partnerships
  • Maintain and manage structured creator databases, tracking tiers, content output, performance, and relationship status across clients
  • Manage ongoing communication and dialogue with the creator community, ensuring creators feel valued and connected to client brand purposes

Campaign Activation & Content Management
  • Oversee end-to-end influencer campaign execution, including sourcing, negotiations, contracts, deliverables, usage rights, and overall program management
  • Brief and manage creators for campaign activations, always-on content, product launches, and cultural moments, ensuring deliverables are on time, on-brand, and aligned with platform best practices
  • Develop creative briefs that give creators clear direction while leaving room for authentic, platform-native expression
  • Review and approve influencer content to ensure it is on-brief, legally compliant, and creatively compelling
  • Track and record all creator content, ensuring proper usage rights, approvals, and compliance with advertising and disclosure regulations
  • Coordinate with creative and social teams to integrate influencer content into broader content calendars and campaign plans

Performance Analysis & Program Optimization
  • Report on influencer campaign performance, community growth, engagement metrics, and program impact, using data to refine strategy and demonstrate value
  • Track campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize influencer program strategies to shape future recommendations
  • Monitor creator content quality and audience response, identifying what's working and feeding learnings into strategy
  • Recommend paid amplification, boosting, and distribution opportunities where influencer content can work harder across channels
  • Translate engagement data and findings into actionable recommendations that drive better results

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Proven experience identifying, recruiting, briefing, and managing influencers and content creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Experience building and maintaining ongoing creator communities and ambassador programs, not just one-off campaign activations
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, creator culture, internet behavior, and what makes influencer content genuinely work in-feed
  • Experience with influencer management platforms and tools and social listening or analytics tools

Relationship & Client Management
  • Confident, articulate client-facing presence with the ability to build trust, lead conversations, and clearly explain influencer strategy and performance
  • Excellent talent judgement-able to identify creators who are not only relevant on paper but genuinely right for the brand, audience, and platform
  • Strong ability to manage, track, and negotiate with suppliers and partners to deliver standout work in an entrepreneurial manner

Cultural & Strategic Acumen
  • Deep cultural awareness and authentic interest in creator culture, music, sports, entertainment, and internet trends
  • Understanding of what makes influencer content feel genuine versus forced, and how to embed brands authentically in culture
  • An appreciation for inclusive representation, with experience working with diverse creators who reflect a broad range of backgrounds, identities, and perspectives
  • Ability to connect influencer activity to business outcomes

Core Skills & Attributes
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complexity across multiple relationships and campaigns simultaneously
  • An understanding of influencer contracts, usage rights, disclosure regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engagement data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
