The Rental Center Attendant plays a key part in creating a smooth, fun, and memorable guest experience at Jellystone Park™ in Warrens. This position supports our busy Rental Center by assisting guests with golf cart rentals, distributing life jackets for the inflatable obstacle course, and ensuring our fleet of golf carts is clean, charged, and ready for use. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, guest interaction, and hands-on work, this role is a great fit.


???? Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service & Check-In
  • Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude

  • Check guests in and out of their golf cart rentals using our computer system

  • Verify rental agreements and provide clear safety instructions

  • Hand out properly sized life jackets for the inflatable obstacle course

  • Answer guest questions and provide general park information

Golf Cart Operations
  • Clean and sanitize golf carts between rentals

  • Charge golf carts and ensure they are staged and ready for pickup

  • Perform minor maintenance tasks (checking tires, lights, batteries, etc.) with guidance from a qualified maintenance professional

  • Report any mechanical issues promptly

Rental Center Support
  • Maintain a clean, organized rental area
