FULL TIME
Memorial Health System of Southwest Oklahoma - Gore Blvd. Lawton, OK 73505
Compensation: Based on Experience
DEFINITION:
A Licensed Practical Nurse who cares for patients who are convalescent, aged, or infirm; or when caring for acutely ill patients in a home environment does so under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS (IF APPLICABLE):
Authorized to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Oklahoma.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Two years of medical-surgical experience preferred.
May consider school attendance record and performance record. Some positions may require additional skills or credentials.
Have a command of the English language; have knowledge of nursing procedures, treatment and techniques, and must know basic charting procedures.
Must be CPR certified on an annual basis.
Should have qualifications and abilities similar to those personnel providing comparable services in the hospital.
Must have a functional home telephone.
