Job Overview:

Pay Range: $75hr - $80hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Strong experience as a Lead System Analyst on PEGA implementations.
  • Hands-on understanding of PEGA Case Management.
  • Experience with Flows, Flow Actions, UI rules.
  • Experience with Data Pages, Decision Tables, Reports.
  • Experience translating business requirements into PEGA-ready functional designs.
  • Ability to lead the team and make architectural decisions.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with PEGA Guardrails and implementation best practices.
  • Exposure to PEGA UI modernization / upgrades.

Skills:

  • PEGA Platform (PRPC 7.x / 8.x / Infinity).
  • Understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP, external systems).

Education and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of BPM, workflow automation, and case lifecycle.
  • Domain experience in Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations.
