Job description

Infinite Global is an international communications firm specializing in PR, Content & Campaigns, and Crisis & Litigation. Our clients are ambitious, complex organizations that need to engage with sophisticated audiences. We provide the experience, skills and insight to drive brands forward and, in special situations, to deploy strategies to defend clients from reputational risk.
Our roots are in the legal sector, where our unrivaled depth of knowledge allows us to provide counsel to the world's largest, most profitable and most specialized law firms. Other professional services firms look to us for a nuanced understanding of their businesses, a clear sense of the kinds of stories that make news, and tested knowledge of when and how to engage the media.
Our unwavering client focus sets us apart and our approach and success earns accolades from our clients and peers. We are consistently named among PR News' "Agency Elite" and "Top Places to Work in PR" and have been for recognized as the "Best PR Firm" by the National Law Journal seven times.

What we're looking for

A creative storyteller and strategic content marketer to lead Infinite's agency marketing program. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can operate with a high degree of autonomy, developing and executing across social media, editorial content, awards programs, and agency brand, while staying in close alignment with leadership on positioning and business development priorities. The VP of Marketing will be the primary architect of how Infinite presents itself to the world: to prospective clients, to the media, and to the talent we want to attract. A genuine fluency in the legal and financial services industries is essential; the most compelling candidates will understand not just how to market an agency, but how to market this agency to the audiences that matter most to it. The role has a transatlantic dimension, with regular collaboration with Infinite's London office to ensure brand and messaging consistency across markets. Ideal candidates will bring a minimum of eight years' experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, with significant experience in a PR agency or professional services environment.

What you'd do

Social Media & Content

  • Own and manage Infinite's social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and any emerging platforms relevant to the agency's audiences.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive editorial calendar that reflects agency news, thought leadership, industry commentary, culture initiatives, and business development priorities.
  • Conceive, produce, and facilitate compelling content including written, visual, and multimedia, that reflects Infinite's brand voice and resonates with prospective clients, media, and talent.
  • Monitor social media performance, analyze engagement data, and use insights to continuously optimize content strategy and channel mix.
  • Stay current on platform algorithm changes, emerging content formats, and best practices in B2B and professional services marketing.

Awards Programs

  • Lead Infinite's award strategy, identifying relevant opportunities across industry programs such as PR Week, PRovoke, SABRE, PR News, and others aligned with the agency's practice areas and growth objectives.
  • Oversee and edit agency award submissions from brief to submission in collaboration with Infinite's writing team; ensure entries are strategically framed, on-brand, and deadline-compliant.
  • Track and maintain an awards pipeline and submission calendar; communicate deadlines, logistics, and outcomes to relevant internal stakeholders.

Agency Brand & Thought Leadership

  • Develop and maintain Infinite's brand identity guidelines for marketing applications, ensuring consistency across all external-facing materials.
  • Partner with agency leadership to identify and develop thought leadership opportunities, including bylines, speaking submissions, conference sponsorships, and media commentary positioning.
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison to Infinite's London office; coordinate cross-border campaigns, ensure brand and messaging consistency across markets, and identify opportunities to activate the agency's transatlantic footprint in both legal and financial services marketing.
  • Manage the agency's website as a marketing asset; partner with external vendors or internal resources as needed for updates, content refreshes, and SEO optimization.
  • Develop and distribute agency newsletters, email communications, and announcements to clients, prospects, and the broader industry community.
  • Develop and maintain Infinite's suite of marketing materials, including credentials decks, practice area packaging, case studies, and new business leave-behinds; bring a product-oriented lens to how the agency's capabilities are defined, positioned, and taken to market.

Business Development Support

  • Collaborate with agency leadership and business development teams to develop marketing strategies that support pipeline growth and new client acquisition; help define and package Infinite's offerings across both its legal and financial services practices as distinct, market-ready products that clearly communicate value to prospective clients.
  • Contribute to the development of RFP responses, pitch materials, and new business presentations as needed.
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs; develop and present regular performance updates to agency leadership.
  • Oversee Infinite's industry conference strategy, including event selection, sponsorship evaluation, and budget management; identify events aligned with the agency's growth priorities across legal, professional services, and financial services.

Leadership & Agency Culture

  • Serve as a champion for Infinite's brand internally, helping to embed a culture of storytelling and visibility across the agency.
  • Participate in initiatives that further Infinite's vision and values among both internal and external audiences.
  • Lead by example; demonstrate behaviors consistent with Infinite's values (integrity, agility, compassion, and courage).
  • Commit to continuous learning and improvement of professional and leadership skills; set and pursue stretch goals.

Why we want you

  • You have a minimum of eight years' experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, with significant experience in a PR agency or professional services environment; experience working across multiple markets or in support of an international office is a plus.
  • You have demonstrated knowledge of, and experience marketing within, the legal, professional services, and/or financial services industries; fluency in the value proposition, audience dynamics, and competitive landscape of these sectors is strongly preferred. Familiarity with financial services sub-sectors, including asset management, private equity, alternatives, and wealth management, is a meaningful plus.
  • You have demonstrated expertise managing corporate or agency social media channels, with a strong portfolio of content that reflects strategic thinking and brand discipline.
  • You have proven experience writing and managing award submissions for B2B, professional services, or communications industry programs.
  • You are an exceptional writer and editor across content formats, including social copy, long-form, presentations, and marketing collateral, with knowledge of AP style.
  • You have a strong visual and brand sensibility; you are experienced working with design tools such as Canva or the Adobe Creative Suite, or collaborating with designers to produce high-quality marketing assets.
  • You are analytically minded, with experience using social media analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native platform analytics to measure performance and inform strategy.
  • You are highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with minimal oversight.
  • You are professional, collegial, and collaborative; comfortable working cross-functionally with client teams, leadership, and external vendors.
  • You understand that marketing an agency like Infinite requires more than content output-it requires knowing the audience, understanding the competitive context, and building a point of view about where the firm should be visible and why.

  • Friendly and highly collaborative working environment where your voice will be heard and your ideas will count.
  • Opportunity to work with leading law firms and professional services firms on a global scale within an international network.
