We're currently looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our Monarch Dental teams in Fayetteville, AR! In this role, you'll be an important member of the clinical team, working alongside GPs and other Specialty Clinicians dedicated to serving patients. You'll be supporting many sides of the practice, greeting and guiding patients, and helping out across the office as needed.
Schedule (days/hours)
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities
  • Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
  • Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
  • Improving oral health, solving dental challenges, and bettering smiles every day

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of Dental Assisting experience
  • Meet all state-specific registered dental assistant credentialing requirements
  • Current CPR/BLS certification and X-Ray Certification
  • Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
  • Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Compensation
$19 - $23/hr + Bonus Opportunity
