Your Mission

As an Advanced First Aid Attendant, you are the first line of response in medical emergencies, delivering timely and effective care while ensuring patient safety and comfort. This role requires maintaining compliance with provincial standards and company protocols, keeping equipment and vehicles ready for immediate deployment, and managing accurate medical records. You'll perform triage, assist with medical retrievals, and actively participate in training, skills assessments, and quality improvement initiatives.   • Operate confidently within your licensed scope of practice.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and manage daily/nightly operational duties.

  • Monitor equipment health, maintain inventories, and ensure all stock and PPE are available and in-date.
  • Uphold strict infection control practices to protect patients and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate, timely patient records and prepare reports as needed.
  • Engage in scheduled meetings, committees, and working groups to drive continuous improvement.
  • Assist in writing procedures and identifying risks to strengthen quality standards.
  • Be an active participant in the Quality Improvement Program, ensuring service excellence every day.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned, contributing to a culture of safety and readiness.

    Work experience as an Advanced First Aid Attendant
    Exceptional collaboration with other groups and the ability to work under pressure
    A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
