Position summary:
Are you passionate about hands-on technical work in industrial and manufacturing settings? Every day will be as different as the number of industrial customers we engage. As an Industrial Service Technician, you’ll conduct on-site assessments, start-up services, and troubleshoot equipment to help our customers increase their production. If you enjoy working with industrial control, electrical, and mechanical systems, this role is for you!
What you’ll do:
  • Help the customers understand their asset, network, and safety current state.
  • Conduct VFD start-ups and collect data for Arc Flash, Lockout/Tagout, and Infrared (IR) studies.
  • Outline opportunities to improve client safety protocols and industry regulations.
  • Provide technical insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Document activities and generate clear, professional reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
What we’re looking for:
  • 2+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with industrial control systems, PLCs, HMI/SCADA, and motor control.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and documentation tools.
  • Licensed electrician preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license with travel flexibility.

Travel Requirements:
  • Regular travel within the assigned territory, with occasional overnight stays.
