Industrial Engineering Internships often serve as a stepping stone to full-time positions in the field.

What are industrial engineering internship opportunities?

Industrial engineering internship opportunities are entry-level student training jobs, which can be either paid or unpaid. As an industrial engineering intern, you work on the design and manufacturing of parts or products, develop systems to make processes simpler and easier, enforce quality control procedures to avoid production line problems, communicate with clients about projects, and adhere to safe job practices in industrial environments. Your responsibilities include working under an experienced industrial engineer, learning the processes and operational requirements of the organization.
