This Position reports to:

As a Production Engineering Intern with a focus on Industrial Engineering, you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing cells within the Measurement & Analytics (PAMA) business segment in Quebec. Under the supervision of the Production Engineer, you will participate in optimizing tools, processes, and production deliverables with the goal of reducing costs, improving quality, and meeting delivery deadlines.


Your Role: Take on the Challenge


  • Provide daily support to operations to ensure on-time deliveries that meet quality standards.
  • Act as a technical resource in your field (industrial engineering).
  • Propose and implement improvement ideas within your area of expertise.
  • Collaborate on production process optimization projects with process specialists.
  • Participate in problem analysis and implementation of corrective actions with continuous improvement teams.
  • Contribute to the development and updating of maintenance plans for production equipment.
