Job description

Kenco Hydraulics, a Singer Industrial Company, is searching for a Delivery Driver in Hatfield, PA. Singer Industrial is one of America's largest Industrial Distributors with a North American footprint of approximately 100 locations with over 1,400 employees. Singer Industrial strives to efficiently improve customer productivity with innovative industrial solutions, while providing employee growth and opportunity. We serve a diverse market portfolio including petrochemical, oil/gas, food & beverage, OE equipment, marine, MRO, construction, rental supply, power generation and mining. We do this with a robust line of fluid power, hose & fittings, belts, seals & gaskets, pneumatic and automation products, and services.
Job Summary:
The primary role of a Delivery Driver is to drive to customers and other shops to deliver or pick up products.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading products via forklift
  • Loads trucks for delivery
    • Responsible for strapping down hydraulic components, pumps, motors, cylinders, etc.
  • Ensure loads match delivery tickets
  • Deliver products to customers and obtain necessary signatures of delivery
  • Keep a clean work environment
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Must have a clean driving record and demonstrate safe driving habits.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a delivery driver (CDL is not required)
  • Prior experience driving a 12ft stake body
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in how to effective strap down hydraulic components, pumps, motors, cylinders, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of using and operating warehouse machinery and equipment for loading.
  • Basic computer skills (using UPS or FedEx applications)
  • Should work safely in a warehouse environment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Must have a high school diploma or a GED equivalent
