Colder Products Company (CPC) is the industry leader in the design and manufacture of specialized quick disconnect couplings for the life sciences, industrial, and chemical handling markets. Our team plays a key role in ensuring high-quality products reach customers efficiently and accurately.


Position Summary

Indrotec is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Delivery Driver to support CPC’s warehouse operations. This position involves transporting materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and assisting warehouse departments as needed. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and performing a mix of driving and warehouse tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely transport parts and materials between designated locations (CDL not required).
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse cleanliness through proper parts movement and SAP transactions.
  • Put away incoming receiving or quality-processed parts.
  • Perform cycle counts, physical inventory counts, and related data entry.
  • Maintain accurate documentation while following established procedures.
  • Assist with Order Kitting, Shipping, or Receiving departments as needed.
  • Support general warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
  • Ability to pass a drug test.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Reliable attendance, punctuality, and teamwork.
  • Previous related work experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with SAP.
Schedule
  • Monday–Thursday
  • 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM
Benefits
  • Health care insurance benefits available first of the month following 60 days of employment. Thirty (30) hours worked per week must be averaged in order to maintain coverage. 401k enrollment is available per the Secure Act guidelines. Earned Sick and Safe time is accrued and can be used per the State of MN guidelines.
