Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage endtoend project delivery using Agile frameworks such as Scrum Kanban and SAFe
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews retrospectives and backlog refinement sessions
Work closely with Product Owners Scrum Masters business stakeholders and development teams to define project scope priorities and deliverables
Develop project plans timelines resource allocations and release schedules
Monitor project progress identify risks and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies
Track and report project performance using Agile metrics such as velocity sprint burndown and release readiness
Ensure alignment between project objectives and business goals
Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular project status updates
Drive continuous process improvement and Agile best practices across teams
Coordinate crossfunctional resources to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope budget and quality standards
Support change management activities and facilitate organizational Agile adoption

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or a related field
8 years of project management experience including 3 years managing Agile projects
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks principles and practices
Experience managing software development or digital transformation projects
Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira Azure DevOps Trello or Rally
Excellent communication leadership problemsolving and interpersonal skills
Experience working with distributed and crossfunctional teams

Preferred Qualifications

PMP Project Management Professional certification
Certified Scrum Master CSM PMIACP SAFe Agilist or equivalent Agile certification
Experience in cloud DevOps data or enterprise application projects
Knowledge of Lean principles and Agile portfolio management

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is 61087 - 92364

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
