Looking for a nursing position with a consistent schedule and more independence?

Helping Hearts Senior Care is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Field Inspector to join our team. This position is ideal for an LPN who enjoys working with people, traveling to different client locations, and making sure quality care is being provided — without the demands of a traditional hospital or facility schedule.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an LPN Field Inspector, you will visit clients in their homes and conduct field inspections to ensure services are being provided appropriately and according to company standards.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Conducting routine client and caregiver visits
  • Observing and evaluating the quality of services being provided
  • Ensuring caregivers are following care plans and company expectations
  • Identifying and reporting concerns related to client safety or quality of care
  • Communicating with clients, caregivers, families, and office staff
  • Completing required visit documentation and reports
  • Following up on identified concerns
  • Providing support and guidance to caregivers when appropriate
  • Representing Helping Hearts Senior Care professionally in the community
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Current LPN license in good standing
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a daily field schedule
  • Professional, dependable, and compassionate
  • Previous home health, home care, or field experience is a plus
