Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

JOB SUMMARY:

The Temporary Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in company databases and systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information. The position supports administrative and operational teams by ensuring data is complete, accurate, and entered in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Enter and verify data with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Review documents for completeness and correct errors as needed.
  • Maintain electronic records and databases.
  • Organize and file information according to company procedures.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent is required

Experience:

  • 1 year of administrative or data entry experience preferred.  

Other:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.  
  • Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred.  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.  
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.  
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
