Position Summary:
Limitless Endeavors is seeking a knowledgeable and patient Tutors to provide one-on-one or small group academic support to students in the identified age and grade target area. The Tutor will assist students in improving academic achievement by clarifying learning problems and working on study skills, test preparation, and homework assignments. Services will be provided onsite at a Prince George's County Public Elementary Schools during school hours for the upcoming 2026-27 school year. This is an Independent Contractor Position.
Key Responsibilities:

·         Provide academic assistance in [subject areas, e.g., Math, English, Science, etc. to students from targeted age and grade groups.
·         Design and implement effective lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
·         Monitor student performance and communicate progress to parents, teachers, or supervisors.
·         Support students in developing study skills, organization, and time management.
·         Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
·         Maintain confidentiality of all student information.
·         Schedule and conduct regular tutoring sessions in-person .
Qualifications:

·         High school diploma or equivalent required; active teacher's certificate, college coursework or degree in Education or relevant subject              preferred.
·         Prior tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience is a plus.
·         Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum.
·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·         Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students learn.
·         Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Skills:

·         Familiarity with learning management systems or online tutoring platforms.
·         Bilingual or multilingual abilities (if applicable).
·         Experience with students with learning differences (if applicable).
Working Conditions/Time commitment:

  • This position is an onsite position 
  • Arrive to school on time as scheduled. 
    •  20-30 hours per week
    • Commitment of at least [e.g., 6 months or 1 academic year]
 EVALUATION

Performance of this position will be evaluated in accordance with Limitless workflow Manual.  The supervisor or CEO will provide the evaluation individually.
