Requirements:

As a member of our structural engineering group, you will regularly collaborate with the other structural team members, our architects and engineers in other studios, and our consultants to support our project work. You will get involved in projects across our multiple design markets, including PK-12 education, higher education, government, commercial development, and retail. You will become engaged in all aspects of structural engineering design of buildings from design inception through construction, completing engineering calculations, utilizing our structural engineering analysis software (RAM & Risa), modeling structural systems in Revit, and participating in our studioโ€™s mentoring and professional development initiatives. We are a friendly team of engineers that work together and help each other with technical guidance and design solutions. Youโ€™ll also have opportunities to travel to our project construction sites to review construction progress and learn more about the construction phase responsibilities.


Requirements:


  • Two or more years of experience, with the ability to obtain your PE license.
  • FE certification a plus but not required within two years of graduation.
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (with a structural focus) or Structural Engineering
  • Knowledge of New England States Building Codes
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
