Job description

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. This is a great opportunity for a highly organized person who thrives in managing data with accuracy and enjoys working within a collaborative team setting.

Primary Data Entry Responsibilities
  • Accurately input data from various sources into our company database systems with a high level of detail.
  • Review and verify data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities in the system.
  • Maintain and update database systems to ensure information consistency and integrity.
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry and ensure all documents are accounted for.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data quality and compliance with company guidelines.
Data Entry Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry, data analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with database management software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
