Join as a Senior Associate, Software Engineering (Cleared Contractor - L2) at Salt Lake City, UT and be a vital contributor to next-generation, mission-critical software solutions for national defense systems. As part of our System Software group, you’ll architect and develop core software infrastructure that integrates advanced communications technologies across highly complex subsystems. This is your opportunity to work on challenging projects that directly impact national security, while collaborating with passionate engineers in a high-performance, inclusive environment.
[Responsibilities]
- Architect, design, and implement embedded real-time software solutions on VxWorks/Linux platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define operational requirements and interface software and hardware components
- Drive all phases of the software development life cycle: requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, and formal testing
- Develop and maintain software test plans, procedures, and technical documentation
- Participate in peer reviews and proactively identify, track, and resolve defects
- Utilize multiple programming languages to deliver robust solutions for Windows, Linux, and embedded real-time operating systems
[Required Skills and Experience]
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
