Job Summary:
Pago is a growth stage software startup that provides workforce and harvest management solutions for the agricultural sector. They are seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to the development of their ag labor software platform, focusing on translating product features into software design and contributing to the code base.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Learn and become proficient in the current Pago software code base and various software tools utilized to create the Pago software product
โ€ข Understand the concepts and implementation details of software patterns and practices utilized by current cloud, web, and mobile software products (command-query separation, volatility-based decomposition, immutable architecture, etc.)
โ€ข Translate product roadmap features and customer requirements into detailed software design documents
โ€ข Contribute software development to the Pago software code base
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science or related degree preferred
โ€ข 3+ years relevant software development experience
โ€ข Web standards: HTML, CSS, Javascript
โ€ข Microsoft .NET Framework
โ€ข SQL databases, especially PostgreSQL
โ€ข Source code control, especially git and GitHub
Preferred:
