Lead the execution of embedded software on programs to meet assigned objectives in a LEAN environment, creating parameters for decision-making and solving complex problems through immediate action or short‑term planning. Demonstrate domain expertise guiding others in the design, implementation, and testing of open and closed loop control systems or embedded software for digital engine products, impacting short‑term and long‑term business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of embedded software on assigned programs.
  • Create parameters for decision‑making and apply concepts to significant complexity.
  • Guide others in the design, implementation, and testing of control systems and embedded software.
  • Influence business goals through technical leadership in a LEAN environment.
Qualifications
  • Basic Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering.
  • Security Clearance:
    • Must obtain and maintain US Government Security Clearance.
