Unlike full-time employees, they work independently and may serve multiple clients, providing flexible and specialized services as needed. Their responsibilities often include ensuring machines are compliant with gaming regulations, performing routine inspections, and addressing any technical malfunctions. They typically need strong technical skills, knowledge of gaming laws, and the ability to work flexible hours.
