Location: Las Vegas, NV (Remote / Field-Based)

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the commercial roofing industry, is seeking a high-performing Independent Territory Sales Representative to drive growth and market expansion throughout Southern Nevada.
This opportunity is ideal for an established manufacturerโ€™s representative or experienced commercial roofing sales professional with strong industry relationships and a proven ability to develop business within the commercial construction and roofing market.
The selected representative will take ownership of a high-potential territory, working closely with roofing contractors, distributors, architects, consultants, and building owners to increase product specifications and market share.

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory growth strategy throughout Southern Nevada
  • Build and maintain relationships with commercial roofing contractors, distributors, architects, consultants, and key decision-makers
  • Drive specification sales by working with architects, consultants, and building owners on upcoming commercial projects
  • Identify project opportunities and support contractors with product selection, bidding assistance, and technical guidance
  • Conduct product presentations, lunch-and-learns, and educational seminars for industry professionals
  • Represent the brand professionally within the commercial roofing and building envelope market
  • Maintain strong market intelligence and stay informed on competitive activity and regional opportunities
Required SkillsQualifications
  • Proven experience in commercial roofing, construction materials, or building envelope sales
  • Established relationships within the Southern Nevada commercial roofing market
  • Strong network with roofing contractors, consultants, architects, and/or distributors
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently manage a territory
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to navigate specification-driven sales cycles and commercial bidding processes
