Job description

Advantage SCI is seeking a Senior All-Source Analyst to support the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) requirements in Tampa, Florida and at a variety of other locations throughout CONUS/OCONUS. In this exciting role, you will focus on analytical requirements focused on counterterrorism, counter insurgency, regional and transregional issues, energy, socio-cultural, and/or assisting with collection methodology. We welcome all interested and qualified candidates to apply for this challenging opportunity. Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI (with CI Poly)

Reports To: Project Manager

Work Location: Tampa, Florida

Anticipated Start: on contract award

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
  • Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
  • Analyzes and evaluates intelligence from diverse sources, including classified and open-source materials, human intelligence (HUMINT), signals intelligence (SIGINT), imagery intelligence (IMINT), and geospatial intelligence (GEOINT). 
  • Conducts comprehensive research and analysis on regional trends, threat actors, political landscapes, and military capabilities to provide timely and actionable intelligence products. 
  • Develops and maintains expertise in specific areas relevant to the CENTCOM area of responsibility (AOR), such as regional politics, economics, cultures, and military organizations. 
  • Prepares intelligence briefings and reports to inform operational decisions, policy development, and strategic planning at various levels. 
  • Collaborates effectively with interagency partners, foreign counterparts, and other intelligence analysts to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the operational environment. 
  • Utilizes advanced analytical tools and methodologies to process, analyze, and visualize complex intelligence data. 
  • Maintains a thorough understanding of intelligence collection methodologies and limitations to evaluate the credibility and reliability of information sources. 
  • Works independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality intelligence products. 
  • Adheres to strict security protocols to safeguard classified information and ensure information security. 

This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately.

Some travel/TDY CONUS or OCONUS may be required.


Experience:

  • Minimum 12 years of All-Source analysis experience, with a portion of experience within the last 2 years.
  • Experience with ODNI's analytic tradecraft guidance and experience writing to Intelligence Community Directives (ICD's), specifically ICDs 203, 205, 206, and 208.
  • Required: Understanding of the Intelligence Cycle and Production Requirements, Knowledge pertaining to the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.
  • Preferred: Expertise in writing clear, concise, and well-organized intelligence reports following DNI analytic tradecraft standards. Operational intelligence experience. 
  • An in-depth understanding of the intelligence cycle.
  • Working knowledge of CENTCOM AOR.

Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly (poly must be within scope - NO EXCEPTIONS)
  • It is desirable the candidate has, in addition to standard qualifications and skill requirements, include experience at a Combatant Command or equivalent organization and experience in the regional, political and military issue in the CENTCOM AOR
  • Proficiency in using the following tools: NGT, TAC, RMT, CRATE and CHROME.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate as part of an analytical team, collaborate, and conduct coordination with national-level IC partners.

Education:

  • Master's degree in All-Source analysis or related field preferred
  • Bachelor's degree and 17 years of All-Source analysis experience will be considered
