Your role and responsibilities
As a Hardware Developer specializing in Quantum Computing Technologies, you will design, develop, and test innovative Quantum hardware solutions utilizing the latest technologies. You will also contribute to the development of EDA tools and apply your expertise in Quantum engineering, Micro fabrication, Packaging, and other critical areas to drive solution delivery.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Design and Develop Quantum Hardware: Design, develop, and test Quantum hardware solutions using the latest technologies, including Quantum engineering, Micro fabrication, and Packaging.
Apply Critical Skills: Apply expertise in Microelectronics process development and integration, Microwave circuit engineering, Mechanical engineering / Thermal engineering, Quantum control, and classical electronics to drive solution delivery.
• Test and Optimize Systems Architectures: Optimize systems architectures, design, integration, and test engineering (microwave test, semiconductor device test) to ensure high-quality solutions.
Collaborate on Chip Design: Collaborate on chip design and layout, and apply modeling expertise to drive innovative solutions.

• Familiarity with designing, developing, and testing Quantum hardware solutions using the latest technologies, including Quantum engineering principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with yield engineering analytics, electrical test, wafer-scale characterization.
Test Engineer Skills: Exposure to test engineer skills, including microwave test and semiconductor device test, to ensure high-quality Quantum hardware solutions. Understanding of testing principles and methodologies for Quantum hardware development.
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Hands-on experience with electrical probing and test equipment, defect analysis and data systems integration.
Mechanical Engineering Knowledge: Familiarity with mechanical engineering and thermal engineering principles and practices, including design, development, and testing of mechanical systems for Quantum hardware solutions.
• Experience with leading cross-functional project and/or program management.
