Setting: Medical Disability Evaluations - Onsite Clinic-Based

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform structured medical disability evaluations. This is an evaluation-only role focused on conducting thorough clinical assessments, documenting findings, and providing evidence-based medical opinions. There is no prescribing, active treatment, or ongoing continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive disability compensation evaluations

  • Perform structured clinical assessments and review relevant medical records

  • Document clinical findings accurately using standardized templates and guidelines

  • Develop clear, evidence-based medical opinions and causation analyses

  • Ensure reports are complete, accurate, and submitted within required timelines

  • Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and organizational standards

  • Conduct evaluations through virtual telehealth platforms when applicable

  • Maintain professional, objective, and detailed documentation

Requirements:

  • MSN or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies
