Responsibilities
Data Collection and Analysis
  • Collect, organize, and maintain insurance, financial, and operational data from multiple sources.

  • Review policy information for completeness and accuracy.
  • Support policy renewals, endorsements, certificates, and coverage documentation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, clients, brokers, carriers, and service providers to gather information and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Assist in the preparation and completion of insurance company applications, business plans, and regulatory filings.
  • Gather supporting documentation and coordinate information requests from regulators, consultants, and service providers.
  • Maintain organized records of applications and filing materials.
  • Support project management activities associated with insurance company formations and renewals.

Report Development and Presentation Support
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries for management and clients.
  • Develop professional presentations and supporting materials using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Compile and present data in a clear and concise manner to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with team members across business functions to develop reporting and presentation materials that support client and management objectives.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and special assignments as needed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred.
  • One to three years of analytical, insurance, or financial services experience preferred.
  • Insurance industry experience or knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and database management tools preferred.
  • Ability to learn and utilize insurance and risk management software systems.
