We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Event Sales & Services Coordinator to join our remote team. If you have a passion for sales and event planning, and you thrive in a flexible work environment, we want to hear from you!
Job Description
The WNFP City Ambassador is a dynamic, well-connected professional selected to represent and support the growth of our BizNetwork Destination Tours event series in their local market. Ambassadors serve as on-the-ground representatives - helping promote events, foster meaningful connections, and create excitement around our networking experiences in their city.
This is not a volunteer position. It is a paid, commission-based representative role with real earning potential and exclusive benefits for the right professional.
Location: Your Local City (Remote with Local Community Engagement)
Time Commitment: Flexible (5-10 hours per month)
WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Promote upcoming events across your personal and professional network to drive attendance and awareness
  • Foster meaningful connections between attendees before, during, and after events
  • Create excitement and community engagement around WNFP's presence in your market
  • Provide on-the-ground insight to help WNFP grow its footprint in your city

WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE

  • Complimentary Event Access: Free access to all WNFP BizNetwork Destination Tour events in your city.
  • Brand Visibility & Recognition: Be featured across WNFP's digital channels and event materials as the face of your city.
  • Networking & Community Status: Join an exclusive national network and become the most connected professional in your city.

Qualifications
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal City Ambassador is already embedded in their local professional community. You don't need to be looking for a full-time role-this fits alongside what you're already doing. You're a strong fit if you are:
  • A well-connected professional with an active network in your city
  • Passionate about building community and connecting people
  • Comfortable promoting events and generating enthusiasm
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and genuinely invested in the growth of your market
  • Based in New York, Houston, Atlanta, Chicago, or Los Angeles

Prior event planning experience is helpful but not required.
Additional Information
We are selecting exactly one City Ambassador per market. Spots are limited and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis-early applicants receive priority consideration.
If you're passionate about helping professionals connect, supporting local business growth, and making a meaningful impact in your community, the WNFP City Ambassador Program provides a platform to lead while expanding your own professional opportunities.
Grow your network. Build your influence. Make an impact.
