• Function as an Independent Contractor, respecting contractual obligations while managing your own schedule.
• Conduct thorough assessments of senior clients' mental health and social needs, collaborating with them to develop tailored intervention strategies.
• Facilitate counseling and psychotherapy sessions utilizing best practices, ensuring clients feel heard and supported as they navigate their challenges.
• Provide vital support and resources, researching and connecting clients with appropriate community resources to enhance their overall well-being.
• Monitor clients’ progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans in consultation with clients as needed to meet their evolving needs.

Your primary focus will be on senior clients, recognizing their unique mental health needs and the complexities that often accompany aging. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients, offering them empathetic support while guiding them through various life transitions, such as retirement, loss of independence, and grief. By empowering this population and addressing their individual circumstances, you will contribute directly to their overall mental wellness.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated proficiency with digital tools and platforms, especially Microsoft Office Suite, for effective communication and documentation.
• A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple case files efficiently.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while maintaining excellent professional relationships.

• Previous experience working with geriatric populations is preferred but not mandatory.
• Comfort and experience with telehealth technologies and systems as part of treatment delivery.
• Development and implementation of comprehensive care plans based on assessments and client feedback.
