How do independent contractors typically coordinate with relocation specialists when moving for a new contract?

Independent contractors often work closely with relocation specialists provided by the hiring company or a third-party service to coordinate logistics such as housing, transportation, and documentation. What is an independent contractor relocation package?

An independent contractor relocation package is a set of benefits or financial assistance offered to independent contractors to help cover the costs associated with relocating for a work assignment. Unlike traditional employee relocation packages, these are less common and typically negotiated individually, since independent contractors are not permanent employees.
