Aspen Contracting is looking for motivated, driven individuals who enjoy building relationships, helping homeowners, and taking control of their earning potential.
As a Project Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners throughout the Atlanta market, providing professional property inspections, restoration solutions, and exceptional customer service from the initial inspection through project completion.

Atlanta, GA 30318
Hiring throughout the Greater Atlanta area and surrounding communities.
Important: This position services the Atlanta market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Atlanta office.
Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)
Compensation: $50,000-$2000,000+ annually
Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission
Training: Paid Training Provided
Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments
Travel: Local travel throughout the Atlanta market
Experience: No roofing experience required
What You'll Do
As a Project Consultant, you'll build relationships with homeowners, inspect properties for storm damage, provide restoration solutions, and guide customers through the project from inspection to completion.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood marketing, and customer outreach.
  • Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
  • Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company technology and training.
  • Create detailed project estimates and scopes of work.
  • Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
  • Manage customer relationships throughout the project.
  • Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
