Job Description:


ProVest LLC is looking for A Private Process Server/Process server agency to handle civil process service in Hamilton County, TN - must live in or currently process serve within 45 miles of the mentioned county

ProVest LLC has been in business for 30 years!! It is one of the nation's largest legal support services firms, with offices in 12 locations, providing nationwide service processes and related services to many of the country's most notable law firms and financial institutions. Our passion is to meet client, legal and regulatory requirements while focusing on quality, speed, and accuracy. Documents handled range from foreclosure and collection proceedings to insurance litigation and civil complaints. This is a 1099 contract position, paid based on jobs completed weekly!** Private Investigators, process servers, and law enforcement agents are preferred ***

Additional Information/ Requirements (must be able to meet all requirements)

  • You must be able to attempt all cases (assigned to you) at a minimum every 72 hours.
  • Activate all cases within 24 hours of receiving the FedEx package/emailed documents
  • Able to make a weekend attempt on all files assigned to you.
  • Submit the original civil warrant to the clerk's office and scan to ProVest the stamped copy within 72 hours of the service date.
  • Must fill out worksheets and scan them in on completed cases only within 24 hours of the service date (must have access to a scanner/scanner app)
  • Utilized our Mobile apps to capture photos of addresses, place detailed attempt notes, and serve and non-serve cases in the mobile app
  • Able to service all counties listed above (best if you reside within one of the counties listed).
  • It would help if you had your reliable transportation, driver's license, insurance
  • Due diligence of up to 5 attempts before non-serving collection cases (Before 9 am, After 6 pm, Saturday, between 9 am & 6 pm, another morning or evening)
  • Due diligence of up to 3 attempts on medical cases before non-serving the issues (morning before 9 am, evening after 6 pm, and Saturday expected)


Weekly pay

  • 30.00 per defendant for collections
  • 30.00 per defendant for medical
