As a contractor, you will collaborate closely with school teams while managing your own schedule and professional practice. Role Description The School Speech Language Pathologist will provide direct and indirect speech and language services to students in an on-site school setting in Norwalk, CT. This full-time role includes conducting screenings and comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans and IEP goals, and delivering therapy in individual and group formats. The therapist will collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support academic and social success, participate in IEP meetings, and document progress in accordance with school and state requirements. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining accurate records, completing required reports, and ensuring compliance with all professional, ethical, and legal standards related to school-based practice. Qualifications
