Job description

What's the role?

The Cleaner role is responsible for providing cleaning services across REMS-managed residential and commercial properties. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys creating clean and welcoming spaces, and is comfortable supporting a variety of property cleaning needs.

Job tasks could include:

  • Laundry and cleaning of apartments, common areas, and commercial spaces
  • Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and washing floors, windows, counters, bathrooms, kitchens, and other surfaces
  • Scrubbing, sanitizing, and maintaining interior spaces to ensure a clean and professional appearance
  • Window washing, pressure washing, and other exterior cleaning tasks as needed
  • Safely using ladders to complete cleaning and maintenance-related tasks
  • Notifying management of any observed deficiencies or repair needs
  • Collaborating with the rest of the cleaning staff
  • Following all health and safety regulations
What experience and skills do I need to be successful?
  • Passionate about cleaning and providing a spotless end product
  • Experience in a cleaning role is a plus, but not required
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaborate with others
