Job description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Aesthetic Injector (RN) to join our high-end plastic surgery practice and luxury med-spa at The Lind Institute of Plastic Surgery. Led by Dr. Lind, a globally recognized leader in breast and body aesthetic surgery, our practice attracts clients from around the world seeking unparalleled aesthetic results.

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled injector with a passion for beauty, symmetry, and facial rejuvenation. The candidate will have a great vibe as evidenced by current social media accounts demonstrating their current work. You will provide expert aesthetic treatments, educate clients on anti-aging procedures, and actively contribute to our luxury brand’s marketing efforts by working with our marketing director to produce content for patient outreach and growth.

We are looking for a dynamic, personable, and highly professional individual who thrives in a sophisticated, high-end environment. This role requires staying at the forefront of aesthetic advancements, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction, and confidently showcasing your expertise through before-and-after imagery and social media collaborations.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Aesthetic Injection Expertise (Primary Skills)

Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify (neuromodulators)

Dermal Fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, RHA Collection, Versa, Sculptra, Radiesse)

Lip Augmentation, Cheek & Jawline Contouring, Full-Face Balancing

PRP/PRF Injections (facial rejuvenation, hair restoration)

Collagen-Stimulating Injectables (Sculptra, Radiesse)

Kybella Fat Reduction (double chin, jawline contouring)

PDO Threads (Preferred, Not Required)

Patient Consultation & Treatment Planning

✔ Expertise in facial assessment, aging prevention, and skin health

✔ Ability to create customized anti-aging and facial enhancement plans

✔ Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, symmetry, and proportion

Pre- and post-procedure education to ensure optimal results

Luxury Client Experience & Communication

✔ Outstanding bedside manner and patient rapport

✔ Experience working with VIP, luxury clientele in a high-end aesthetic setting

✔ Ability to explain aesthetic procedures in an informative yet engaging way

✔ Professional, polished, and approachable communication skills

Social Media & Marketing

Comfortable appearing on-camera for social media marketing

✔ Ability to create before-and-after photos and videos for marketing content (working alongside our marketing director)

✔ Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and aesthetic trends

✔ Understanding of brand marketing in luxury aesthetics

⚕️ Clinical & Technical Skills

Infection control & safety compliance in a med-spa or plastic surgery setting

Proficiency with medical charting and patient documentation

Team player who collaborates with plastic surgeons, estheticians, and staff

Required Qualifications:

Active RN license in Texas

Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic injections

✅ Certification in Botox, dermal fillers, and advanced injectables

✅ Experience in a med-spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting
