Job description

Personal Vehicle Delivery Driver – $24/Hour

Earn $24 per hour delivering small FedEx packages from the comfort of your own vehicle! We’re hiring dependable, safety-focused drivers near Chandler and Gilbert, AZ. No CDL or commercial driving experience is required.

About Welch4 Inc.

Welch4 Inc. is a FedEx contractor focused on safe, dependable package delivery and a supportive team culture. Drivers meet each morning at 2650 E. Queen Creek Rd., Chandler, AZ 85286 before beginning their routes.

Pay & Benefits
  • $24 per hour, paid weekly

  • Additional hours and workdays may be available

  • Small-package routes using your personal vehicle

Schedule & Hours
  • Monday–Friday

  • Start at 7:30 a.m.; work until deliveries are complete

  • Approximately 4–5 hours per day

  • Reliable morning attendance is essential

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete approximately 50–70 package delivery stops daily

  • Deliver business and residential FedEx packages

  • Load, scan, organize, and safely deliver packages

  • Use a smartphone and GPS to navigate routes

  • Provide friendly, professional customer service

Driver Requirements
  • At least 21 years old

  • Valid driver’s license held for at least one year

  • Clean driving record and must be willing to submit to an MVR review

  • Must be willing to submit to an employer-paid background check

  • Must be willing to submit to pre-employment and random drug testing

  • Smartphone with active cell service

  • No CDL or DOT physical required

  • Amazon Flex, Walmart Spark, DoorDash, Uber, Lyft, or Instacart experience is a plus, but not required

Personal Vehicle Requirements
  • A 2013 or newer car, van, or truck; trucks need a covered bed

  • Vehicle must be registered to you and in good condition

  • No major damage, rust, stickers, or decals

  • Proof of insurance meeting Arizona minimum requirements

  • Supplemental delivery coverage may be required through your insurer
