They typically use their own vehicles and set their own schedules, taking on delivery routes or assignments as available. These contractors are responsible for managing their business expenses, taxes, and insurance. This role offers flexibility but also requires a high level of personal responsibility and organization.

Reliability, time management, and strong customer service skills set top performers apart in this role. These abilities ensure timely, accurate deliveries and positive customer interactions, which are vital for client satisfaction and business success.
