Contractors usually communicate through company-provided platforms, email, or phone to receive assignments, report delivery statuses, and resolve any logistical challenges. Building strong relationships with these teams can streamline problem-solving and help maintain a high level of service for clients. Regular updates and proactive communication are key to ensuring that operations run smoothly and any issues are quickly addressed.
