• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify clients' needs, challenges, and goals, forming the basis for personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions using evidence-based practices, adapting therapeutic techniques to support individual, couple, and family growth effectively.
• Work collaboratively with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals and regularly track progress to ensure continuous improvement and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with privacy laws.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills, expand your knowledge of emerging trends in therapy, and maintain licensure requirements.
• Referrals: Identify when clients need additional support and refer them to appropriate specialists or resources as necessary, ensuring comprehensive care.

Your role will primarily involve working with diverse populations, including adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. This position emphasizes a holistic approach to therapy, as you will adapt your methods to meet the unique needs and cultural considerations of each client.

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that foster a secure, trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Empathy, understanding, and a nonjudgmental approach toward clients' experiences and challenges.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage your caseload and administrative responsibilities.

While not mandatory, experience in a clinical setting providing teletherapy or face-to-face therapy will be advantageous. Knowledge of treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Infinite Healing Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
