About the Role:

The Janitorial Sub Contractor plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This position involves executing a range of cleaning tasks, from routine maintenance to specialized deep cleaning, tailored to the specific needs of each site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own schedule, ensuring that all cleaning duties are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work, preferably in a commercial setting.

  • Must hold Commercial General Liability Insurance
