Summary
The Payroll Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting payroll processing functions, ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in handling confidential information.
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Payroll Administration
  • Process weekly payroll for field and office employees, including reviewing detailed time entries (missed clock in and out, geo fence issues, vacation pay) and resolving all discrepancies timely
  • Monitor internal communications from division and field leaders to ensure accurate time records
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and time entry questions

Required Experience, Education, and Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • 0 to 2 years of payroll and/or human resources experience, construction industry strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Must have reliable transportation to the workplace.
  • Ability to pass drug screening.
  • Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
