Quantum Services is expanding our regional team! We are actively seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Inventory Associate to spearhead fast-paced retail and convenience store audits across our Cleveland footprint of Ohio.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

  • Precision Auditing: Conduct comprehensive, accurate physical inventory counts and financial audits inside client retail and convenience store locations.
  • Data Integrity: Use specialized inventory hardware to log stock counts, analyze variances, and deliver real-time, accurate reporting to store management.
  • On-the-Move Operations: Travel efficiently to scheduled client sites within the division footprint (reliable transportation is a must).
  • Client Collaboration: Act as the professional face of Quantum Services, delivering clear, unbiased audit results to store operators upon completion.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Strong math, counting, and analytical skills (experience in retail, merchandising, or inventory control is a huge plus, but we will train the right mindset).
  • A high level of professional integrity, punctuality, and self-motivation.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and move efficiently for extended periods during active inventory counts.
  • A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle for regional travel.
