Customer Care Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

Great service is at the heart of what we do. Jennifer Burnidge State Farm is hiring a Customer Care Representative in Arlington Heights, IL who truly enjoys helping people โ€” answering questions, solving problems, and making sure every customer feels taken care of.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to support retention and loyalty
  • Identify coverage gaps and service needs during reviews
  • Follow up consistently to support customer loyalty and retention
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the agency system
  • Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately
  • Resolve service issues with patience and professionalism

Qualifications

  • No prior insurance experience required
  • Willingness to obtain the required Property and Casualty license
  • Positive, professional, customer-first attitude
